IQAC ACTION PLAN

1)

The IQAC prepares a comprehensive academic calendar of the institution through deliberations with all stakeholders. It covers all the curricular, co curricular and extracurricular activities to be organized.

2)

The Principal in his address to the Faculty and Staff as well as to the students explains the plan of action and expected quality outcomes, in detail to them.

3)

In 2015-16, the IQAC formed 58 committees for effective and smooth functioning. Each committee members are given certain objectives to be achieved. The committee is provided with necessary support and their results are continually supervised.

4)

The Faculty is encouraged to practice innovative methods in teaching and evaluation. They are provided every help in undertaking research and extension activities. Small scale projects by students are also supported by IQAC. The Staff members are encouraged in excel in their duties.

5)

The college provides a wide range of supportive services to mould the all round personality of students. The IQAC has formed certain bench marks of students’ performance to be attained in all support services.

6)

Regular feedback on Faculty, Staff, Curriculum, infrastructural facilities and other aspects are obtained by students, parents and alumni. They are analyzed by IQAC and necessary instructions are given to the concerned.

7)

Through the regular meeting and dialogue with all stakeholders, the IQAC evaluates the overall performance of the institution. It is conveyed to the Management and other authorities. Necessary help and guidance is solicited from them.

8)

The IQAC also supervises the financial matters and infrastructural development of the institution.

9)

At the end of every academic year, IQAC collects reports from all departments and support services to be used for preparation of AQAR.

10)

In a nutshell, IQAC believes that quality is not an accident but a result of deliberate, systematic efforts of a sincere, dedicated and collective team of people with commitment to excel.
